Marks Valley Grading & Demo
Our Marks Valley Team has a vast history with decades of combined expertise performing the various scopes required for a turnkey civil project. After providing the valley with exceptional earthwork, paving, and demolition services since 1985, Donald 'Mark' Haight came to Arizona and started SamMark Excavating, quickly establishing a stellar reputation in the residential tract home market. As the company grew, Mark expanded into larger and more complex projects, leading to the formation of Mark's Valley Grading, which quickly acquired an impressive portfolio.
Moyers Contracting
Moyers Contracting was originally established and based out of Gilbert, Arizona in 1987. For years, Moyers has specialized in a comprehensive array of services, including parking lot signage and striping, roadway and pavement markings, and much more. Our expertise spans a wide range of projects, from small-scale residential developments to large commercial and municipal undertakings.
Local Underground Construction
Established in August 2019, our highly skilled civil construction team has expanded tremendously, fostering enduring relationships with owners and fellow contractors. Supported by a consistent track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with a focus on high-quality production, our Local Underground Team has successfully completed numerous projects for both public and private owners.
Arrowmark
In 2023, Arrowmark successfully facilitated the acquisition of Mark's Valley Grading & Demo, Local Underground Construction, and Moyers Contracting. Each of these subcontractors contributes unique strengths and specialized skills, forming a powerful alliance in the construction industry. This strategic merger has resulted in a rebranding, allowing us to operate as a unified entity.
